### What is an AI model card?

A model card is a short, structured document describing a model: its intended use and out-of-scope uses, the data it was trained on, its license, and its known limitations. It is the human-readable half of model provenance and pairs with the machine-readable AIBOM.

### What is in the CycloneDX AIBOM template?

A valid CycloneDX skeleton (bomFormat, specVersion, metadata) with placeholder machine-learning-model and data components, ready for you to fill in names, versions and licenses. It drops straight into SBOM tooling.

### Does anything I type get uploaded?

No. The model card and template are generated entirely client-side.
