FAQ
Am I talking to a person?
No. The coach is an AI and says so in its first sentence. If you want a person, book human coaching instead.
Is there video?
No. The call is audio only: you speak, the coach speaks back, and you see a live transcript.
When can I book?
Sundays, 6am to 12 noon AEST, in 30-minute slots. The booking page shows each slot in your own time zone as well.
What if I want to use my own questions?
Paste them when you book. If you leave the box empty, the coach asks questions for the role you choose.
How long do credits last?
Three months from purchase. The My prep page shows your balance and the date.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before the call and the minutes go back to your balance.
What is the free quiz?
Any purchase includes a 20-question flash multiple-choice set for your role.
How do document audits work?
You submit a resume, cover letter or LinkedIn text. AI reviews it first, then a person checks it.
Is this part of Pro?
No. Interview prep is bought separately and is not included in a Pro plan.
