How to get on the board
Take the scorecard (about 2 minutes), ask for the full breakdown, and tick “Show me on the public leaderboard”. Your entry appears after you confirm it from the email, and the same page lets you remove it.
What the levels mean
Elite 90+, Board-ready 80+, Nearly there 60+, Emerging 40+, Foundation below 40. The score is a self-assessment across six leadership domains, not a certification.
